Executive Chef & Founder
With over 20 years of culinary experience across Athens, Paris, and London, Chef Dimitris returned to his roots to create Nostos. His philosophy is simple: honor tradition, embrace creativity, and always use the finest seasonal ingredients. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and mentored by some of Europe's finest chefs, he brings a unique perspective that bridges classical Greek cuisine with contemporary fine dining.
